It has also a steamer layer which is to allow steaming cooking. It has 5 layer of surface/material. Coated with a nonstick ceramic stone granite layer coating and has a scratch resistant surface. The pot/pan has it's respective glass pressure cooking lid cover. The pressure cooking lid cover can be lock to allow pressure cooking which allow better heat insulation and steam cooking method for better food cooking. Suitable for Gas stove, Induction cooking, Halogen Stove and Electric Stove.
